Instagram Reels
Vertical 9:16 cuts designed for Reels feed — hook, hold, CTA, captions baked in.
Reels & Shorts Production in Qatar — Qatar
We make vertical short-form content for Qatari brands — designed for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts from scratch, not trimmed from long-form. Hook-first, native-feeling, bilingual EN+AR, and shipped in monthly batches of 10–30 pieces. Sound that lands on mobile speakers, captions that read at swipe speed.
Overview
Most short-form content in the GCC is a long video trimmed badly. A 90-second interview cut to 30 seconds, slapped into a 9:16 frame, with auto-captions that drift behind the speaker. The algorithm doesn’t reward it. The audience scrolls past it. The brand wonders why the content strategy “isn’t working.”
At Pixeldhow, we design every Reel and Short from scratch. Vertical-first composition. A hook engineered for the first 3 seconds. Pattern interrupts at second 6, 11, and 18. Sound designed to land on mobile speakers, not studio monitors. Captions composed for RTL and LTR reading speed. Every piece is built for the platform it runs on.
We work in batches. A single shoot day in Doha — studio or on location — can produce 20 to 40 finished pieces of vertical content. That keeps cost per video low, cadence high, and lets us ship 10 to 30 pieces a month without burning the founder, the talent, or the budget.
Bilingual is the default. Arabic captions and scripts tuned for Qatari and Khaleeji audiences, English versions tuned for expat and regional reach. We also handle AI lip-sync, ElevenLabs voice for talent that can’t re-record, and trend-based rapid response when the moment matters. Plus monthly content calendars, performance reporting, and a clear read on which formats are compounding.
Deliverables
Process
Account audit, audience review, competitor scan, and a hard look at what's working in your category. We come back with a clear read on what to start, stop, and double down on.
Formats, frequency, talent direction, and a content pillar map. We pick the 3 to 5 content angles that will work for your brand — and how many of each we ship per week.
Batch shoot days in studio or on location. Sony FX3, iPhone 15/16 Pro for native phone-look, DJI Osmo Pocket for run-and-gun. 20–40 pieces of vertical content shot in a day.
Hook-first edits, sound design on mobile speakers, captions in EN and AR, retention-tuned pacing. Reviewed on Frame.io, scheduled and published according to the content calendar.
Weekly analytics review. We track hook-through, hold rate, average watch time, follow-rate per post, and the formats that compound. Winners get sequels, losers get retired.
Tech Stack
Our stack is continuously evolving. We select tools based on security, performance, and long-term maintainability for your specific project.
Why Pixeldhow
Most short-form content in the GCC is repurposed long-form, cut down badly. We design every Reel and Short from scratch — vertical composition, hook in the first 3 seconds, mobile-speaker sound.
Arabic captions composed for RTL reading speed, Khaleeji-tone scripts where it fits, and English content tuned for expat and regional audiences. Two parallel streams, not one auto-translated.
We shoot 20 to 40 pieces in a single batch day — not one piece at a time. That keeps cost per video low, keeps cadence high, and lets us ship 10 to 30 pieces a month without burning anyone out.
Weekly performance review. We track hook-through, hold rate, average watch time, and follow rate per post. The next month's calendar is briefed off real numbers — not whatever felt good last week.
